About 3011

Our family home for over 30 years is about to become someone else's new home. We'd like you to think of it as yours...

But before you decide, we want you to know LOTS more about it.

Because if you're going to spend this much money, you deserve to know what is really here.

   ​​​​​​​

 1) Realtor sites list this as a 76-year-old house. But it is actually a 31-year-old modern home that our family helped to design and build. (See below.)

Note: The new home incorporated some of the old one, which is why Realtor sites call this a 76-year-old house.

​​​​​​​​2) During the past four years, over $300,000 in upgrades and improvements have been made, including: 

  • two stairlifts, for people who have trouble with stairs

  • a large new bathroom with steam shower and heated floor

  • a backup power generator, and much more.  (See more here)

3) This house has its own stream-fed water system, complete with two heated sheds, a new water pump and new water filtration & treatment equipment.  (See more here)
