Our family home for over 30 years is about to become someone else's new home. We'd like to invite you to think of it as yours...

Why? Well, if you're going to spend this much money, you deserve to know what is really here. What's more, this unique and unusual home also has some stories to tell.

 1) What is listed in the realtor listings (and assessment roll) as a 76-year-old house is actually a 31-year-old modern home that our family helped to design and build. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
