Improvements

Since 2021, over $300,000 worth of improvements, upgrades & renovations have been made to this home and property. (Most within the past 20 months.)

 

Here is a list of some of them:

• Two stairlifts, one outside and one inside

• Back-up power Generator (for the electricity outages in this area!)

• Upgrade to 200-amp electrical system

• House painting (entire outside, plus lower floor inside)

• New roof over oldest part of house

• Improvements to fascia boards, soffits and gutters

• New front porch steps (at main door/entry)

• New roof over front porch steps/entry

• Deck replacement on second floor and improvements to outside stairs

• New storage shed built behind house (north side of building)

• Entirely new large bathroom, with heated floor and walk-in steam shower

• Full renovation of smaller bathroom

• Finishing of stairwell, bedrooms, and front room (closest to street)

• New baseboards throughout most of house

• New doors to all rooms inside, plus main door and three screen doors to outside

• Insulation of crawl space under house

• New hot water tank

• New & upgraded pump and water treatment equipment (for our private water system)

• Baseboard heaters added to both water-system sheds
